going out into the world... is it possible
can you go further than ascalon? like can you go over the shiverpeak mountains or is the game confined to the ascalon region. Because if it is.. then it was a waste of 50 bucks

*smile* Way bigger than that. The missions lead to expanding where you can go for the most part, though there are some areas that you just have to walk all around to get to.

In the BWE you're able to go other places. I remember some missions in the mountains and beyond ascalon.

ok good thanks. But i still can't get to the frontiers gate. is there a way to get to it from the great nothern wall area?

Complete the mission from Fort Ranik, that will get you to the Frontier Gate

i finished that mission, the one where you go through the long path, then watch the cinematic, then get chased back???

Nope, that is the Northern Wall mission. The mission after that starts at Fort Ranik
